Can I change my delivery address after placing my order?

Once your order is shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.

What is the refund policy?

Refund is only offered if the product does not arrive. Deliveries might be subjected to custom regulations and customer is liable for it. Customer is advised to verify with relevant authorities regarding import regulations of the receiving country when in doubt.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are processed within 48 hours of payment. Please refer to shipping time on the product page for specific shipping time. Note: You might receive more than one package (for orders of 2 or more items) as our products are sourced from different locations (India, Nepal and China).

Can I track my order?

Tracking number will be provided once the order is shipped. You might receive more than one tracking number as the products are sourced from different locations (India, Nepal and China).

Do you offer express shipping?

Unfortunately, we don't offer express shipping as of now. All our products are delivered from organic farmlands which are mostly situated in remote locations. If you require products urgently, please contact us.
